my doctor said that you can get this virus from the air or from college campus. Is genital wart a type of STD or is it not related to STD? i have never have sex by the way, only masturbate.

I have 2 little skin colored wrts on my upper thigh.. But I had one before and it went away with a cream I have.. I just need to know whats the difference..
