My boyfriend has HPV and I came in contact with it about a year ago, after getting a 3-series vaccination to prevent obtaining it. I continuously went to my gynocologist to get checked out for genital warts and to test for HPV but was negative every time and never showed any symptoms. Now, after a year of protection, my boyfriend (who had the warts removed) and I are having unprotected sex in hopes of conceiving.I recently noticed a bubble-like spot about a 1/2 inch above my anus-hole (almost in the crack) that looks similar to pictures I’ve searched online of genital warts, but not as disgusting or severe as google images makes it look. We don’t have anal sex so I don’t understand how this could be HPV above my anus. Could it be something else? There’s no irritation or anything, but the “bubble” is big enough that I can feel it with my finger. It’s definitely not a pimple either. Cold this be a genital wart?Okay I’d also like to say to anyone who wants to play tough guy and leave a comment about how “dumb” I am to fu*k off. Don’t be so disrespectful. My boyfriend as young and irresponsible when he had unprotected sex and came in contact with HPV, a simple mistake that many people make in their lives. HPV no reason to disown someone you love, and no reason to stop living your life. He had the warts removed and we both maintain extremely healthy diets so it seemed like a good time to try to conceive. So to those of you that leave helpful and respectable comments, thank you.
