A few days ago I spotted what appears to be an underground pimple on the inside of outer labia. its smooth and a little tender if you poke at it. no odd colours and no visible pore or indentation the way you would get with most pimples.
I noticed a similar question like this and someone pointed to Hidradenitis suppurativa so i looked it up but any images they provided didnt really match up. I also looked up genital warts but that didnt seem to match either. Is it possible that this could just be a normal pimple that has yet to breech the surface of the skin?
I've only slept with 2 people in my life and both were clean so lord knows where this could have came from if its not just a pimple.

it could be a boil or a cyst. best to see a doctor before it becomes infected.

sounds like an ingrown hair. use a hot washcloth and it should help

It may be a pimple that hasn't come to a head or a boil. my wife has gotten something similar that she put a small bit of VICKS on. it never really came to a head that could be popped. it finally went away by itself with the VICKS treatment.

We have been monogamous for 39 years, so it wasn't anything like an STD or virus.

its probably an ingrown hair that got a little infected…or just a pimple. ive gotten them where my underwear lays before.

try popping it in the shower when it comes to a head…and if it never comes to a head…it just must have cleared up on its own…

doesnt seem like much to worry about!
