Has Anyone Who Has Taken The Gardasil Vaccine For Hpv Had Any Bad Side Effects?

For anyone who doesn’t know, Gardasil is a new vaccine that can prevent certain types of HPV, especially genital herpes and cervical cancer. They are doing mass vaccinations here in Canada for young girls in school.

I have not had it, but if I was a young girl I would not get it, nor would I ever allow my daughters to get it. There is too much not know about side effects from Gardisil. It has been shown that not only does it not protect against most types of HPV, but it may CAUSE some kinds of cancers. There have been at least 10 women who have died from it, and yes I have heard it is quite painful. FYI, do you know that doctors get money from the drug makers when they give out this vaccine? Think long and hard and do your research. It is ultimately your decision, but you may not be “One Less”

I have a friend who ended up having a stroke from it and she’s only in her early 20′s. She’s also had seizures and never had them before the shot. There’s a lot of research about this causing bad side effects to even death. I don’t think there have been enough studies on it. I’d rather get any new cancer cured with a procedure than risk being paralyzed or end up dying from the vaccine. If you are not made to get the vaccine don’t do it unless you want to take the risk of having something worse then curable cancer happen to you. When cervical cancer is detected it can be treated or cured with a total hysterectomy. Of course then, the woman still has to have regular pap smears and still be at risk of STD’s.
Also the vaccine helps prevent the paploma virus from being spread but doesn’t prevent genital herpes. Cervical cancer and herpes are not the same thing.
Plus the virus can be prevented and if one gets cancer it’s not like they will suffer strokes or seizures the rest of their life. However if there is a strong history of cervical cancer in the family or a family member has had the annoying procedures to treat it maybe that person would feel less bothered by a shot. I’m sure my friend regrets it everyday that she got the shot and can never get her life back again. She wasn’t even sexually active but heard only good things about it. She could have a normal life now and still not have the virus. It’s sort of a catch 22 situation.

I only had one shot because from the first one I actually passed out in the lobby( before i passed out i remember not being able to see for a couple seconds[everything had gone black]) it was so embarrassing im only 13. I passed out for like 10 minutes and they couldn’t get me up. once i woke up it was very hard for me to move. i know this has happened to some other girls who have gotton gardisil because i had done research to see if it was actually the medicine that made me pass out. now im to scared to get the second and third one. Fist time i have passed out from a shot… Please be very careful i wouldnt trust this there isnt enough know about. who knows maybe something worse than passing out will happen. It also hurts like hell i could barely move my arm for the next week.

There are a number of girls who are damaged from this vaccine currently. A couple of the worst side effects are lung collapse and seizures.
